Return & Refund Policy of StepToDoors

We will accept a return of an unused product within two hours if you are unhappy with your purchase. StepToDoors will issue a full refund once we receive the returned goods (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

We will take five business days for the processing of your return.

Returns are not accepted on discounted products.

Refunds will not be given for items acquired through third-party vendors such as wholesalers or retail partners.

Returns must be unopened, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received, otherwise they may not be eligible for a refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held liable for products lost or damaged during return shipping, thus we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.

Without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery, we are unable to provide a refund.

We intend to accept any and all returns. If an item is returned to us in an unsatisfactory state, we may have no choice but to ship it back to you. On return, all items will be examined. Items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

Shipping Policy

Our Delivery timing is 8 PM to 7:30 PM

We are providing same day delivery in Modipuram location for all order before 5:30 PM in evening except cakes. For same day delivery for cake order before 3:00 PM

For order up to Rs.49 we charged Rs.10 additional for shipping

For order more than Rs.49 we have free shipping.

We also providing Express delivery for order in 40 – 80 min with additional shipping charges of Rs.40. Shipment could be partial of full based on available of stocks.

For order after 5:30 PM in evening , we will deliver order by next day.

Delivery time and policy may got compromised due festival, national hoilday or other emergency conditions.
